Sixty dogs have been loaded onto a private jet for a three-hour flight to Edmonton, Alberta, where they will find new homes.
The private jet was owned by Jan Folk, a renowned philanthropist. The flight, which was scheduled last Friday, was sponsored by Folk’s Orange Dog charity. Since the charity’s establishment, it has escorted more than 300 dogs to Edmonton.
