Gulfstream Gets 650 Million Dollar Business Jets Order For Saudi Arabian National Air Services

The Saudi Arabian National Air Services has placed an order for three G450s, with an additional 17 options for more over the next 3 years.

National Air Services is the largest and fastest growing fractional ownership aviation company in the Middle East. Their order announced today has the potential to reach 650 million dollars. Deliveries of the planes will begin in the third quarter of 2009, and continue for three years after that.

Joe Lombardo, President of Gulf Stream said, "We are confident these aircraft will add significantly to NAS’s capability to offer unparalleled service to customers in the Middle East

Taher Agueel said that the deal was critical for the long term success of the company and that the large deal demonstrated the company’s commitment to offering unparallel quality of service and performance to their customers. He reported that the G450 was a jet that would appeal to " the passionate corporate and private aviation traveler across the Middle East."

The company is already scheduled to receive 2 G450s by the end of this year,. These were ordered two years previously.

The company is the only licensed private jet operator in Saudi Arabia. They are headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
